Sports nutrition is a constantly evolving scientific area. Just in 2019, 116 articles were published under the keywords "Sports nutrition". Consequently, keeping up with relevant literature is a constant and demanding challenge. Therefore, the Iberoamerican Institute of Sports Sciences and Human Movement (IICDEM) and Grupo Sobreentrenamiento (G-SE), in accordance with their objectives, present the 1st edition of the Sports Nutrition International Conference (SNIC 2021) "From evaluation to monitoring". A unique and innovative event that will deliver the current state of the science related to optimizing training and improving performance through nutrition.

Clarification: The SNIC 2021 conference will have simultaneous translation (English-Spanish, Spanish-English).
