The aim of this study was to determine the importance attached by the players paddle to the different factors that can cause a sports injury and know the differences depending on the position of gambling and sex of athletes. The sample consisted of 58 players paddle (35 men and 23 women), aged between 16 and 38 years (M = 25.48, SD = 9.57). Participants responded to Questionnaire on the perception of the importance of external factors and internal injuries to players designed by Olmedilla et al. (2009). The results of this study show that factors demanding sports and sports are perceived as more important by paddle players. It is also noted that athletes give less importance to psychological factors as the cause of the injury. Finally, significant differences were found for backhand players in sports and demand factors sport, and for the right players in the psychological variables and the behavior of others.
